Dispatch & Shipping Time
All of products showing at our website are in stock in Sydney, at our Regents Park warehouse.
Normally, we send orders in 2 business days for the regular post, and on the same day or next business day for the Express Post.
For the Sydney customers, if you want to pick up at our Regents Park warehouse, please order online and choose pick-up at checkout page, we will contact you to make an appointment for the pick-up. Normally, pick-up will be available after 4pm Mon-Fri or weekends.
During Christmas time, we ship orders at 2pm every day between Monday to Friday. Normally, the orders made before 1pm will be shipped on the same business day, the orders made after 1pm will be shipped on next business day.
